I have been tossing up whether to get myself an electric bike for a while now, and after a lot of research, Volto really stood out in terms of price and customer reviews. When I went for a test ride, I still hadn’t entirely made up my mind that an electric bike was for me. But after the test ride, and seeing the grin on my face, my wife said that I had to get one.
My reason for buying was to replace my car, and cut down to just one vehicle for our household. The choice was between an e-bike and a moped, and I was a little dubious of the 300W limit on e-bikes. But I shouldn’t have been. The motor makes riding up hills a breeze, and downhills, well… just make sure that you don’t do anything that would get yourself ticketed.
Mark was amazing to deal with. I had read the other reviews which say the same, but this can’t be over-emphasized. He provided prompt service, was super friendly, and very accommodating. I couldn’t be happier with either the sale process or the bike itself. An easy 5 out of 5 stars.
