Why won’t change from Evinci bike

I’ve had 3 Evinci since about 2011. All 3 are still going. Best service from Evinci provider. Prompt response to emails &  delivery of spares.

I hammer my 20 inch fold up bike that I purchasedin 2019. Cycling average 2 hours a day to work etc.
